I’ve never been interested in doing what everyone else does. What moves me is seeing what others ignore and building what few have the courage to face.
In Brazil, I left engineering school to start my first business, driven not by status but by a desire to create and lead. The company grew fast, but I walked away from early success to pursue something greater. People called me crazy, but I was chasing significance, not comfort.
When I came to the U.S., I stepped into construction and found a business buried in debt and distrust. No structure, no credibility. Most told me not to get involved and many would have walked away.
I saw something else. Not a problem to solve, but a foundation to rebuild. So I did, that business became profitable, respected, and part of something greater.

That’s why people who worked with me in my first company in Brazil now work with me again. We grow together, across borders, seasons, and stories.
Today, I mentor founders and help businesses grow with clarity, structure, and purpose.
I am a husband first, a father always, a CEO with a shepherd’s heart and a strategist’s mind.
